Case Project Challenges

LLDS and SC Design/Build Construction Company (Steen Construction) working together with the homeowners, present this truly extraordinary well thought out custom ranch style home plan.

A few main goals were to bring the outdoors indoors, design an open concept, and include large windows to enjoy our four seasons, cater especially to a family of outdoor enthusiasts, and include a big game hunting trophy showcase area. The design/build team spent a lot of time with the client to work out the flow and special amenities built into this home and every home drafted by LLDS.

Drafting Process

The drafting/design process for this home started and was completed in 2017 with the clients planning to build it in a very nice Eau Claire sub-division. The lots offered were flats backed up to beautiful wooded areas in a gorgeous neighborhood already clustered with very nice homes.

Finished Results

From entering the front door the Natural products of stone and timbers, to the open concept to the basement recreation and hobby areas of the basement family room, split bedrooms with upper master suite to the lower level children’s bedrooms and bath. A lodge feel in the midsts of the city in the lower level draws anyone who appreciates the outdoors and the homeowners will be able to raise their family and enjoy this quality home for years to come.
